Pros
The best part of working at Invitae were the people and the benefits. Unlimited PTO (just make sure you're getting your work done) and good healthcare were great perks. My co workers were all brilliant, kind, and motivated people that really wanted to see me succeed and grow.
Cons
The management was terrible. Mergers and acquisitions were handled in such a terrible way that led to a tumble in stock price, mass lay offs, and huge project cancellations. That really put a downer on morale and had an immediate and noticeable affect on everyone's enthusiasm and motivation
