Pros

This is a company with a huge goal and mission. Working with innovative technologies. Parts of working here are truly wonderful - the salary and benefits are fantastic and they provide free lunches, snacks and tons of swag. There is unlimited PTO and flexible work schedule.

Cons

Lack the appropriate skills in acquiring and retaining talent. There is a ton of turnover in departments which leads to not so great onboarding processes as there seems to be constant onboarding that never gets the kinks worked out. The day to day work is simultaneously boring and stressful. You are not provided the training to succeed and then blamed for not knowing things that nobody ever told you. The whole idea of open and honest communication results in a weird culture of fakeness, judgement, and cliques. Huge culture of workaholics. I wouldn't describe the culture as good or bad, but more so confusing? They say they want radical honest communication but when people are honest and express concerns about the culture they are gaslit into silence.

Pros

Great benefits You run into great people Pays well.

Cons

No work-life balance My manager does not care about my professional development My interests come only after I completed the team's priorities. And that's what they sell: Team over individual. I agree to a certain extent, but they do burn out people.
