Pros

Company lunch one day a week and free snacks.

Cons

The benefits are terrible. Insurance is about $200 a paycheck and if you're less than 5 years, you only get 15 days of PTO a year. Career opportunities are non existent since Lab Corp took over. Inside promotions among management that aren't open or advertised to the rest of the company. Weird points system like a tardy record where you get points if you clock in more than a certain minutes late. It's like being in school and a lot of people are angry about being treated like a child.
