Pros
In my experience at Invitae, I have worked with some great people. I feel valued and listened too. The sense of collaboration is good. Work for engineers is remote, but there are opportunities to work outside your home and meet up with colleagues, which I appreciate the options.
Cons
The company is trying to become profitable, but has had to make some job cuts recently which has lowered my morale and optimism for the rest of 2024.
