      Pros

      People and experience. Great director support. Dogs at work. Snacks and atmosphere. A place you can grow.

      Cons

      Diverse customer base makes it difficult to please everyone especially considering existing customer needs and new customer acquisition. As a csm it's hard not to see some product feedback acted on in the interest of other activities.

      Pros

      Cool product and great people. Like, seriously great people: smart and motivated but still friendly and supportive. Relaxed work environment. Pretty flexible on schedule and working from home. Downtown location is great. Nice perks like free parking (or a stipend) and gym reimbursement. Great medical benefits.

      Cons

      PTO isn't amazing but you can use it before you've earned it. SB office is split across two buildings (not a distance issue, just an inclusion one).

      Pros

      It is a very laid back place to work. You get all of the cool perks you'd expect from a tech start up such as a bar in the office, flexible schedules, paid lunches, etc. Everyone is very friendly and easy to work with.

      Cons

      It is still in the process of growing. Because of this, it can seem that management is so focused on growing the company and the companies success that they can put your career development on the back burner. This is a very minor complaint and comes with the territory.
