      Get to work with super smart and genuinely good people. Have a solid technology and product that makes it fun to market. Company culture is also strong and thriving.

      Cons

      We're a start up company, which means we move really quickly. You really have to pace yourself to make sure you don't burn out.

      If you get hired at Invoca, consider yourself lucky! It's a super smart team of people, with an innovative product, rock solid business strategy and top tier team of investors. The company is expanding beyond Santa Barbara to San Francisco and Boulder. Lots of opportunity for professional growth in a fun, supportive environment.

      Need better communication between offices when it comes to teleconferencing.

      Friendly and genuinely caring people. Being surrounded by intelligent people who care about the job and customers. Office culture events and co-workers who like each other.

      There are no major cons which stand out; only annoyances. Small annoyances include an email heavy atmosphere.
