* Goals are very clear and attainable with disciplined work. * Career ladder is transparent throughout the sales org and followed by leadership. * Market leading product. * Positive culture, work/life balance, and team atmosphere. * At each role, my manager has had a personal interest in getting me to the next level. (4 promotions in 3 years)

Cons

* GUB sales involves inexperienced buyers and sales cycles can drag. * Takes a while for residuals to accumulate.
