401k could have better match. Other than that everything is great.

Excellent culture lots of fun to be had while working Potential to grow within the company access to training materials and courses in a constantly growing field

Cons

Still some growing pains, expect to face unique hurdles requiring you to think outside of the box. (more of a pro than a con) Short notice, and short deadlines for some projects.
