The culture here is amazing, and it keeps getting better every day. The company takes employees needs and wants seriously by doing a survey every year. Any popular concerns are addressed throughout the following year. The CEO has himself at the bottom of the org chart because he says he works for us. He is visible, always around and interacts with all levels of employees. He has a great sense of humor and doesn't take himself seriously. We are growing like crazy, so if you like the same thing day in and day out and not being challenged, this isn't the place for you. We all work hard and often I find myself here until 7 or 8 at night not because I have to be, because I want to be. Yearly increases as long as you are performing as expected. Promotions from within happen often. Too many good things to list. 401k match was just increased dramatically. PTO starts at 4 weeks and we get 10 holidays on top of that. The culture here is one where they treat you like adults - do your job and you'll be fine. Start to slip and it is noticed. If you want to take a Friday off because you've shown that you work your butt off, no one is going to tell you no. Truly nothing bad to say. We are the #15 fastest growing company in Boston, as reported by Inc 5000.

I have been at Invoice Cloud for about 2 years. The company is growing rapidly and has ambitious goals, which we keep hitting year after year. The products are fantastic, but more importantly, the culture and people are great. You can have the best products in the world, but it still comes down to who you are working with daily. The culture and the people are not a mistake, senior management has thoughtfully created a great collaborative culture by hiring the right people and empowering them to excel. Management truly cares about the people and everyone has a voice at the table. I can’t let the 2 negative reviews go unaddressed. My guess is that it’s the same person, simply because there is extremely low turn over and they are a month apart. Fast growth and high expectations are not for everyone. This is not a place where you can just sit on the sidelines and collect a pay check. However, if you want a great culture, great people, great products and great opportunities, this is the place for you.
