Pros

Good work-life balance working remotely

Cons

The organization thinks of design as an afterthought. Design is only superficial work, despite being in plenty of meetings where you're "contributing" to conversations. The teams don't actually take you seriously and will ignore you. Management only gives top-level direction. There is no career here.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. Every employee experience is unique, and while we respect your perspective, it may not reflect the opportunities or environment at InvoiceCloud today. We’re glad to hear you experienced strong work-life balance—something we continue to prioritize for all team members. As a company, we’re always evolving, and that includes how we approach product design, cross-functional collaboration, and career development. Design plays a growing and strategic role in our business, and we’ve continued to invest in leadership, structure, and earlier involvement in the product lifecycle to ensure meaningful impact. We’re proud of the culture we’re building—one that values both balance and innovation—and we remain committed to empowering all employees to do rewarding, high-impact work. Thank you again for your contributions, and we wish you continued success in your career.

Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective. It’s important to us that employees have a positive and rewarding experience at InvoiceCloud, and it’s unfortunate to hear that your experience may not have fully reflected that. We know that every role comes with its own set of challenges, especially in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment like sales, and we’re always working to ensure our processes and expectations are clear, fair, and supportive. We’re committed to fostering a workplace that values respect, growth, and collaboration—and we recognize that maintaining that culture is a shared effort. While we continue to evolve our approach to leadership communication, career development, and performance support, we also encourage open, solution-oriented conversations. If you’re open to it, we’d welcome the opportunity to connect through your manager, HR Business Partner, or our People team to better understand your experience. We appreciate your contributions and your feedback as we work together.

Pros

There were a lot before PE came in. The company had a strong culture and good leadership but now all about cutting corners to save a buck, except the new office (its for client optics not employee consideration). Only remaining pro is probably the work-life balance and good PTO.

Cons

False promises abound and silent layoffs happening every few months. Transparency has gone out the window. CEO and some of the other execs are constantly changing their minds and scrambling to cover things up. Diversity commitments and programs are a facade at best. Entire leadership team is whitewashed and the women aren't for women. Most employees left from the old guard are only still there to ride out market conditions. Sales is going terribly.

Thank you for sharing your perspective. We recognize that every employee experience is shaped by many factors, and while we respect your right to share yours, we want to clarify that much of what’s mentioned here doesn’t reflect the reality of our organization today. InvoiceCloud has undergone meaningful growth and change, including a strategic investment in our long-term success. Throughout that evolution, we’ve continued to prioritize a healthy work-life balance, competitive FTO, and a culture that values transparency, accountability, and inclusion. We remain committed to clear communication, employee support, and building a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace where all team members can thrive. Our leadership team, including women in key roles, is focused on empowering our people, growing the business responsibly, and delivering on our commitments. We understand that not every experience will be the same, but we’re confident in the direction we’re heading—and in the talent and passion of the team helping us get there.
