-Too many internal meetings -Condescending AEs and managers -Government buyers not interested in talking -Low base salary, poor quota attainment, office is far outside of Boston with little public transit options

Thanks for providing your feedback. We consistently benchmark our internal salaries and our SDR team is paid to market. Our office is in Braintree and we love our space and are clear in our hiring process around the expectations for hybrid work. The red line is close by and our office park offers a free shuttle to and from the office to the train. We're always working on finding the balance between collaboration and independent work and encourage all team members to provide feedback with their managers directly on balancing internal commitments and work load.

Good place to start career. Worked here for 4 years. Great benefits health insurance 401k. Learned a lot about how the company works. Went thru 4 departs there is room to grow if you hustle.

Cons

Bad management. Always had issues with management not listening to you. Always about the numbers. Wasn't like this before it went to a public stock in wallstreet. Vp would assign task to complete when its not even in the pay to get done. Lots of stressfull projects. To be done. Not enough help. One mistake done seen a lot of people being fired for or if numbers aren't met. Some employees have been there years and work off other employees and don't do there job.
