Pros

As a growing finance professional, I have accomplished and worked on a wide variety of projects at IonQ. The company is small and growing with plenty of opportunity to dive into new things. I love that I am constantly learning about quantum tech and growing my finance skill set. I feel that I have and will accomplish more here than twice as much time at a larger company. The access to executives is unparalleled in this role.

Cons

The 401K provider is not great. We should get a new one.
