Pros

There were a lot of opportunities to learn and benefits in terms of health insurance were above average. They did have nice employee recognition events.

Cons

Shockingly poor leave benefits. For a company that values health and wellness, not offering any parental leave or private pumping locations for staff is surprising. Additionally, the culture is not great. It’s definitely policy over people when it comes to staff. The increases annually maxed out at 3% which were below industry standard.

good training, most people are helpful, very clean facility

Cons

toxic culture at times.. not everyone is pleasant and easy to work with; was a salaried employee but was paid hourly.. it didn't make much sense
