Nearly all Irby Utilities associates I've met have been genuine, supportive, be-your-best-self type of workers. Very encouraging environment.

Cons

Just figuring out the industry is a lot for someone with zero experience in it. However, my boss has always given me room to learn instead of throwing me into projects.
