The good people holding on is the one and only pro but company is quickly changing

Cons

Disparity in pay and treatment of employees and nepotism everywhere. expect to work 11-12 hours a day if you're salaried. Hardly any documented processes for completing tasks, nonexistent communication from management except to to tell you that your not selling enough.
