Lots of meetings and planning. Unbelievably growth goals! I get a lot of vacation time, is good for being able to interview for other jobs.
Cons
new management that has been brought in from a major vendor. The new manager has never been in a past position for more than 2 years in the last 20 years. We were a great company, of course there were a few things that could be improved, we hoped some new blood could help. The new manager is burning this place to the ground. All of our experienced people are leaving. We are hiring lots of new people who have no experience, or idea what they are doing. The last move was beyond belief, an experienced sales rep left the company, he covered one of the largest accounts we have. The new manager put his own son in the position. Needless to say, no one is happy about this. How stupid is this guy, he claims he has a degree, I feel sorry for his son, he will not get support from anyone he works with.
