Can gain some industry knowledge. Using PTO is usually easy.

Cons

Little to no upward movement. Nothing is transparent. Friends and family get positions of power. Professionalism is lacking. Pay structure and position/responsibilities can change without notice for a person or group. Minority workers are treated differently. Politics are discussed far too often at workplace - and can affect your career. 401k is disappointing. Insurance is fairly expensive.

Decent Pay and Benefits Maybe work from home

Cons

Training does not meet job requirements. Many broken processes are ignored , very old school mentality. New software in place but only a few actually use it so getting help on anything is next to impossible. No overtime pay even though the job requires extra hours to keep customer satisfied. Managers will tell you what you want to hear but make no real and measurable effort to help even when you reach out. You will get a response less than half the time, if that. Keep looking, there are better jobs out there.

Everyone, no matter which group, is happy to help. It is like a team with everyone working toward the same goal. The pay is great.

Cons

The online training isn't that great, seemed a bit all over the place.
