Life/Work Balance Able to work Remote Leadership is involved and communicates well to workers.

Cons

Since I'm forced to put something, the holidays and PTO are great but I would enjoy having the day after Thanksgiving off as a holiday.

- Marketing team is involved in a lot of fun projects with great visibility - Much deference given to sales teams, so if sales is your passion, this may be the place for you

Cons

- Racism/classism/colorism/ableism runs from the C-suite down; company (including HR) actively silences disabled and minority voices - “Guaranteed” manager bonuses eliminated right before the holidays while CEO touts record business/profits in every quarterly all-hands - Sales teams treat other areas of the business like “the help” including in written communications; behavior goes unchecked and Leadership silence is taken as implicit endorsement to treat colleagues with disrespect
