Terrible PTO benifits Mentally taxing Micromanaging issues Upper management communication issues Lack of upward movement. Taking 30-40 calls per day with Veterans where mood can vary wildly. Expect to be yelled at for no reason. Job requirements too high for the workflow. Most of the time you are guiding callers to various apps or settings on their device or referring/transferring them to their VA clinic for issues the help desk cannot resolve

Get to Work with a Few Amazingly talented individuals. Consider them best in the industry.

Cons

Executive level teams/orgs are being formed that make no sense and are not serving any purpose. There's a plethora of middle management that is pointless and just seems to add layers to the chaos. The quality has degraded rapidly in the last 2-3 years due to bad decisions. Leadership does not seem to care or is looking the other way instead of fixing the problems.
