I've worked at several places, and none have had as many long term employees as Iron Bow. A good number of employees have been at Iron Bow for more than 5 years, and many have been at Iron Bow for 10 or more years. A satisfying and challenging job combined with a great workplace environment makes Iron Bow a great place to work. I'm truly honored to work at a company recently recognized as a Top Work Place.

Cons

Job expectations are high, and it is probably not an environment for someone looking to do a minimal workload.

Iron Bow is by far my favorite workplace ever. Not only are my colleagues and teammates helpful, talented, and productive – everyone seems to truly care about the company as a whole. There is communication from executive management about strategic goals and initiatives. Everyone seems to embrace the company’s mantra: “Customer First and Mutual Respect for All Members of Our Community.” It is no surprise that Iron Bow was awarded the Washington Post Top Workplaces for 2015.

Cons

There hasn't been an occasion for me to see any cons about working at Iron Bow Technologies. As long as I have to work -- I'm glad it is for Iron Bow!

I love working for Iron Bow because of the culture. All the employees contribute and bring so much value to the company. The management and executive team show great appreciation and recognition to those that go above and beyond. Everyone is respectful, helpful, and great to work with. There is so much to learn and a lot of room for growth. Training and education is always encouraged to help with your career which is really important to me. The company offers great flexbility, work-life balance, and fantastic benefits and perks. We all work very hard but we also get the opportunity to relax and have fun with the activities, events, and programs that are held throughout the year. I am truly happy to be a part of the Iron Bow family.

Cons

We're a growing company and there's not enough office space. Some have to share work space or work from home.
