Exciting culture, lots of new opportunities and growth. High energy, everyone can contribute and make a difference. 2014 brought a new strategic plan with buy in and participation from each area of the organization. That's one of the great advantages of a smaller organization. If you want to contribute there is plenty of opportunity to do so. Very little politics, everyone works extremely hard and is proud of the work they do so they don't fuss with each other. The company is built on the Iron Bow Way which focuses on respect for everyone. I'm proud to work here.

Cons

We work extremely hard, its very demanding for many of us. All is all, the advantages FAR exceed this concern.

Iron Bow is a caring place and really does look out for the employees. The company is evolving and is on the cutting edge of the IT world. It is so exciting and I am glad to be a part of it!

Cons

Telecommuting in most departments is not an option, only when weather is bad, like snow, other than that be in the office.

Iron Bow enables you to create your own career path. They believe in their employees and strive for excellence. It has an entrepreneurial culture with minimal micro-managing. The work-life balance is great. Benefits are great. Senior management are leaders and want to surround themselves with employees that work hard.

Cons

The pay is average for operational employees.
