Favoritism Galore!

Pros

Some of the people that worked there in other departments outside of sales were very nice. Good base salary for sales reps. Decent benefits.

Cons

Management and CEO very biased and had favorites that they protected. They allowed their favorites to trample all over the other reps and poach in territories that are not assigned to them. A lot of back stabbing among the reps. Management stressed the fact that they don't lay people off, during the interview process to attract new employees, but are very quick to "eliminate positions" if you're struggling to hit your number or complain. Not a healthy environment to work in.

- Decent salary. - Nice offices. - A lot of middle management was really enjoyable to work with. - Good team members.

Cons

- You are expected to plug in and be available 24 hours a day. - 8-9 hour work day is frowned upon. They expect 10 hours + everyday. - Leadership is out of touch. - Half the company has been let go over the past 2 years.
