Timed breaks - no more than 1 minute tardy allowed. FAVORITISM like no other place I've ever been. Only 2 career paths to get to other departments...Special Services where you lose any seniority and get the closing/weekend shifts or quit. Prior experience is not considered when trying to post to a new position. 12 months in position before being allowed to promote. Less than expected and delayed bonuses due to crappy business decisions which trickled down to the "heart of the company", the poor CSRs. New product releases were full of issues, new system releases resulted in a more and more complicated system which was costing millions of dollars to rewrite, product quality issues (eg: bags of protein shakes bursting during shipping - thousands!!)
