Pros

- OPPORTUNITY: For the right ambitious person with a clear vision, Isagenix offers an incredible opportunity to put your experience to work and make an impact at the company. There's a supportive structure in place to allow teams/individuals at all levels in the company to make suggestions which get heard and acted upon. - PURPOSE: Ask yourself this question about the company you work for.... "What purpose does the company fulfill in the world? " If the answer is solely "to make a buck" I encourage you to find a company that also strives to "make a DIFFERENCE". Isagenix is filled with hard-working passionate employees helping the company drive towards its purpose of making a significant impact in peoples' Wellbeing. PRO TIP: If you're considering working here, during the interview process ask to see the '100 pound Club" wall and you'll be able to see the a glimpse of the countless lives Isagenix has dramatically changed. - INNOVATION: Instead of passively resting on historical performance, the company continues to introduce new innovative products in the Wellness space, as well as introducing market-leading approaches to business. - BALANCE: In the post-pandemic 'new normal', Isagenix has made a concerted effort to ensure the employees are able to maintain a healthy work/life balance with a hybrid work-from-home policy, on-site employee benefits, and a working environment that's both friendly and positive

Cons

- PROMIXITY TO DELICIOUS FOOD: Hear me out...we're a wellbing company that is only a short walk from amazing restaurants for lunch or after work gatherings. How am I supposed to stay in shape when I can walk a few short steps to the cookies at Wildflower, a double serving of lasagna at Sauce, thick bacon slices on my steakburger at Matty's, or a responsible happy hour at Valley Taproom?
