      Pros

      Working here has been such a positive experience! The company recently introduced flexibility with remote Mondays and Fridays, which has been a great benefit for work-life balance. The environment is welcoming and supportive, and the people I work with are truly wonderful—everyone is always willing to help each other. I’m really hopeful about the future of the company and excited to see the great things ahead.

      Pros

      Nice building and some of the hardest working people you will ever meet. The people are always great.

      Cons

      The company has been declining year after year. Massive layoffs year over year to the point that some parts of the business are no longer operational. The building is mostly empty, and part of the space is rented out. The business is top heavy being held up by burned out workers that are doing the job of two people. Morale has fallen off a cliff. Most everyone I know is looking for work.

      Pros

      i love my job here. i worked remotely for nearly 9 years for chat and email. the benefits were fantastic, work life balance was great, and i loved my coworkers.

      Cons

      management doesn’t listen to CSR’s. we are who took the front line calls and i could detect a quality issue on a product within 2 days of it happening based off customer complaints. we would file them, and no one would take the complaints seriously until it was too far gone and the company was losing money.
