Pros

The benefits, people and the products are all amazing. Isagenix is a great company that is aligning and changing to ensure continued success, stability and a bright future for all employees! Isagenix has remained transparent with employees at all times and shows appreciation with the many benefits employees receive like, 2 remote workdays a week, your birthday off, gifts for yearly anniversaries', gift at your birthday, holiday parties, celebration events, amazing health insurance, generous vacation and sick policy, endless reimbursement opportunities for things like gym membership and travel, onsite gym with daily fitness classes led by trainers and Isagenix products at a big discount are a few of the many perks to working here. I look forward to going to work here daily and I can't say that about many other jobs or companies.

Cons

the layoffs - these are not fun but necessary for future growth and success.

Constant Layoffs - Terrible Senior Leadership - Declining Revenue

Pros

- $20 of free product each month that gets you very little - Discount on overpriced products - Clean, empty building - 1 work-from-home day each week...for now

Cons

- Constant fear of layoffs...that never seem to involve the Exec Team that continually makes terrible business decisions and blames lower level employees for poor revenue - below average employee salaries (you're lucky to get a 2% cost of living increase each year) - extremely low employee satisfaction - nonexistent company culture (pizza party and free bagels if you're lucky is what they try to win you over with) - the company is in a revenue freefall, with leadership that doesn't know how to course correct - your contributions to the company will not likely be acknowledged, you'll get more work dumped on you from the co-workers they fire, and you won't get a wage increase to compensate - Work-from-home is not valued. Leadership doesn't believe employees can work effectively from home (old mindset). - I strongly recommend that you avoid this company as it's unlikely to be around for much longer before they are bought by someone else or go out of business
