Pros

Working here has been such a positive experience! The company recently introduced flexibility with remote Mondays and Fridays, which has been a great benefit for work-life balance. The environment is welcoming and supportive, and the people I work with are truly wonderful—everyone is always willing to help each other. I’m really hopeful about the future of the company and excited to see the great things ahead.

Cons

I have nothing negative to say and no cons.

Pros

Great benefits, day off for your birthday, half days before holidays, good PTO accumulation, hybrid schedule (WFH and Office days), career path opportunities, fitness classes, product discounts, great HR Team, and more! Personally, I have had a great career at Isagenix. I started as a Customer Service Representative, and was able to work in our Events Team for 7 years which I made a career out of it, then moved to our IT team, and now I am the Service Desk Manager with over 5 years of IT experience.

Cons

Pay can be slightly better, and we could use a bit more structure as a whole but I believe the company is on the right track now. Communication can improve within smaller teams.

Pros

Product line was good, as an employee, you received free products from time to time or could buy them at a very affordable rate.

Cons

They had a hard time understanding that what being an international company truly is. They always wanted to take something made here and try to cookie cutter it to other countries around the world, that did not work very well, especially not in Asian, European, and Latin American countries.
