Dear Associate, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback about your experience as an Isagenix independent distributor promoting Isagenix products and solutions to your customers. We appreciate the diligence and commitment required to build your own business and congratulate you on your progress. We just want to clarify that Associates are independent distributors that run their own businesses and are not employees of Isagenix. Since Glassdoor is a resource for people to share their employment-related experiences, we want to ensure that comments from independent distributors can be evaluated appropriately by Glassdoor visitors. Congratulations, again, on your Isagenix business! We wish you great success!

Pros

- Very comfortable job with a great work-life balance and enjoyable people - Very proactive in improving company culture and have quarterly company-wide meetings to help improve said culture - Upper management values pro-activeness and passion from their employees

Cons

- Hard to shift and convince people to take risks and focus on innovation and trying something new. But that's what you get in a huge company. - At the same time, important projects are rushed and the short timelines make it impossible to patch the cracks. A small problem ends up being a big opne due to a tight timeline.
