There is a strange culture of perfection and silence. You think they have your back, but they don't. You're asked to not to speak of situations that you have every right to speak of. HR was utterly incompetent. Speaking with some departments was like talking to robots. There was not a normal back and forth interaction. It was like they were reading off of notes. Very strange. The social media campaign of perfection is dangerous. I guess everyone wants to put their best foot forward, but knowing 10% of the company got laid off, but showing that things are great is disingenuous.
