      Pros

      Great work life balance. Good at promoting from within. Management is great. The owners really care about employees. The company is growing fast.

      Cons

      Heavily focused on the sales side until recently. Operations has new leadership that seems to be developing people. Other then that I can’t think of any cons

      Wonderful management, opportunities to expand, working with bleeding edge technologies, I'd still work there had I not relocated somewhere else.
