Pros

It is very rewarding to work for a company that not only stands, but rallies behind, its core values. Our leadership consistently demonstrates their commitment to our personal and professional development and supports a healthy work-life balance. If you’re looking for a one stop shop for a contagious work environment that cultivates leaders and innovation, this is it. Isagenix sees the value and understands internal equity. They often promote from within and provide opportunities to shadow, train, and grow into more responsibility. My department is relatively small, but our input is valued and welcomed by our leadership. Our VP makes a point to connect with all her employees, creating a positive work environment. The benefits are very generous – low insurance premiums, carpool, gym, and tuition reimbursement, on-site exercise classes, and the products are great! Happy to be part of the Isa-Family!

Cons

The company has grown significantly since its inception in 2002. With rapid growth, comes a few challenges. Sometimes many things can be going on at once, or sometimes projects can get put on the back burner. This isn't a negative, it just means that employees need to be fluid and adaptable to change to be successful in this environment. Also, the recruitment process can also take a little longer than other companies I’ve worked for, but this makes it clear that they are ensuring they find top talent to fill each role.

Pros

Decent benefits, good location, a lot of good people

Cons

The company has great potential with the exception of the HR department. The upper management needs to change. It's run very unethicaly. If you're not a yes man and play "the" game you're ousted and treated very poorly. There have been many great people who have worked in the HR departmentand have either left on their own or haven removed. It's very much like a teenage high school environment. It's neither a fun nor a healthy environment to be in. The owners and executives need to open their eyes to the dysfunction that occurs. The Coovers need to stop being manipulated by the leadership.
