Pros
Very friendly work environment. They make sure employees are taken care of above all else. I've worked here for 3 years and don't really have many complaints at all. They started doing "what drives us" meetings where employees can make suggestions for a better work environment and they actually hold true to what they say is going to happen. You can dress casually for work now, they gave us more sick time. It's all around a good place to work.
Cons
There is not much communication. Working Sundays on chat, we get people chatting in asking about promotions and coupon codes that were given out at an event that weekend but we have no record of it. So when something doesn't work or isn't applying all we can do is to tell them to call Monday morning when the offices open. We are supposed to get monthly scorecards, but I have only gotten two in the last 18 months. I don't find out I have something I need to work on until yearly reviews come around and I find out that way that 5 months before I didn't meet metrics. I strive off of constructive criticism. It doesn't help that I don't find out I have an issue until months later and it's affecting my yearly review.
