      Pros

      Good benefits and decent pay.

      Cons

      If you're not a man, you'll go nowhere in this company. Poor leadership constantly elects and promotes more poor leadership and the cycle continues. Also, most of the ratings you're seeing on this site are front associates and not real corporate employees. They shouldn't count. Associates are the product salespeople. They don't come to work in the corporate office building everyday like we do.
