      Pros

      Amazing culture Growing company with career growth opportunities Very consumer and employee-oriented. Company leaders are always asking employees what can be done to improve things. You don't see this very often! Great benefits, including very generous product discounts. Leadership is very honest, transparent and always willing to listen. It doesn't matter who you are in the company, and what title you have. You have a chance to contribute and your ideas are valued!

      Cons

      The company moves FAST and there are a lot of exciting things in motion. There are a lot of meetings, and there are times when you will be working long hours. If you struggle with prioritizing or don't enjoy fast paced-environments, this may not be a good fit.

      Pros

      Having worked FT at 4 other employers before Isagenix, each for 2+ years, Isagenix is the best workplace I have experienced. As employees, we are empowered, respected, and encouraged. We are trusted to take on projects that expand our skills, even though we make some mistakes along the way. And, management listens to what we have to say.

      Cons

      The environment is very fast paced, which is great in many ways, as we are all passionate about what we do, and committed to contributing as much as possible. At times though, the pace seems to prevent the occasional more relaxed conversations that might help us be more unified (and maybe even more productive in the long run).
