      Pros

      My experience with the company has been that the executive leadership team is very concerned with the overall well being of its employees. I find that the HR and corporate culture really does attempt to provide a culture and benefits that are generally at, and more often, better than what I expect.

      Cons

      None of my "cons" are distinct from what we be occurring at any company that has grown and been so successful so quickly. Sometimes I find that an individual's skill sets are not naturally equivalent to their titles.

      Company goals and objectives are clearly defined and communicated. Transparent leadership. Plenty opportunities for professional growth. Positive culture. People smile when passing by. Great benefits.

      Nothing to note. Challenges are manageable.

      Pros

      Great culture and values. The principles the founders and executives reinforce creates a positive environment to grow and develop. Their focus on doing what's right instills confidence and a sense of pride that you work for people who stand behind all that they offer and most importantly it isn't just talk either. I can't speak for the customer service side of the business but those I know that are in that group seem content. I work in the marketing department.
