Pros

Steady work, beautiful new facility, very knowledgeable peers

Cons

Terrible mid-management. Communication by rumor. Nepotism run rampant. As they grew, they promoted techies to middle management and they have no clue how to manage. Much higher than average turnover. Always waiting for your turn to get the knife in your back. Stay away. You will be sorry if you don't.

Growing Pains

Pros

Exciting, fast-paced company. Redefining the network marketing industry. Challenging with many opportunities to advance your skills. The most successful people at this company take initiative and always do more than is expected. Nice bonuses.

Cons

A lot of turnover in upper management combined with a lot of very young, just-out-of-school people and brand new employees is a constant challenge. There is also a strong hierarchy of ego and power as you move up the ladder. Because of the massive growth, there are a lot of growing pains with little to no process in many of the departments. At peak times of the year, staff work 18+ hour days to reach goals. Even though this is a company with a health and wellness focus, I would be hesitant to say they appreciate work/life balance and tend to reward those people who only live to work.
