Pros

Free or reduced Isagenix products. Year-end bonus.

Cons

The environment in the IT building is reminiscent of an immature high school. Isagenix offers no remote working, no trust in employees, and too little internal communication. Management assumes if you aren't physically at your desk, you must not be working. They're desperately in need of more training and SOPs/documentation, but management devalues these essentials. Even HR does not have processes defined, leaving employees confused. Also, IT and the rest of the company are rarely on the same page, making for an incredibly frustrating workplace. Poor benefits and bonus structures compared to other companies at which I've been employed. No career mentoring or opportunity for growth. It's a mess, and the CIO couldn't care less: "If you don't like it, you can leave." NOTE TO JOB SEEKERS: The overall rating for this company is skewed because its customers ("Associates" who peddle Isagenix products but are NOT employees) are posting reviews. Look for reviews from true employees for honest, accurate feedback.

Pros

- Better work/life balance than most companies I've seen - Team outings - Bonus around Christmas time

Cons

- Workload significantly increasing over time, not enough compensation to make up for it - Inconsistent and disorganized processes - Negative feedback is given more than positive - Different ideas/views seen as negative - Lack of support in career path, and management discourages transferring to other departments - Poor training, if any at all - Lots of politics and favoritism, only certain people get recognized. Certain people are able to things, while it's frowned upon for others.
