Pros
Not very many pros: -some nice people work there -can gain entry level experience if you are new to IT
Cons
The Cons are numerous: -low pay even by regional Midwestern standards -extremely high turnover -professionalism among management was sorely lacking -very cliquey company culture that represented the worst aspects of high school and college -a culture of blame and scapegoating seems to exist at Iserv. Management seems to use the CSRs as scapegoats when the excrement hits the fan -management does not seem to value its employees and personifies the Surprised Pikachu meme when people start running for the door
