- Leadership are constantly yelling at employees and treating them poorly. NO RESPECT AT ALL. The CEO micromanages. He doesn’t care about students, just making money

There is no pro working for this company.

Cons

The CEO micromanages everyone and he thinks he knows it all. There are people that have been there for 5 years and he micromanages. He talks down to everyone, is disrespectful and is always screaming in Italian. He is the worst Manager I have ever seen. I would not recommend anyone to work there.
