Pros

Some nice colleagues, nice building and the occasional fruit bowl.

Cons

I think the main issue is that the feedback to those who can enable change, is constantly given- yet nothing is taken on board and no change happens. Very FAST turn over resulting in overworked staff, for an ok salary and the odd orange. avoid working here.

Nothing to mention except that some colleagues are nice

Cons

The most hostile employer. The Director is just after her goals and she doesn’t really care about humans. She wants you to do your best and give you peanuts. She has to step down. No career progression. The culture is very sick and hostile in this place.
