Basically everything else, from salary to management, from workplace ethics to worklife balance. They pay you the legal minimum and ask you to cover up the management mistakes, work multiple job (that's why the quotes in the job title, as I've been hired as a receptionist but in this time I've done: student support and customer care, academic services, IT department, facility services, personal assistance, and more). They don't care about the personal life of their employees and pretend you are always at their disposal. They pretend you give them your ideas and energies without nothing in return, not even recognition. Management is blind to the real issues of the school and spend money erratically, without considering the real necessities of the students and the quality of the service. It's all a façade of luxury and branding, while thinking only about getting as much money and value out of both staff and clients.

Extremely Political. The managers are not supportive and the majority are not even qualified for the role. Runs way too much like corporate and the students are the last thing on their mind when they are finally recruited.
