Great opportunity to grow inside the company. Management is very fast on its decisions and its planned expansion is happenning at a very fast speed.

Cons

Low benefits compared to other banks. Merger with Itau bank brings in a different culture.

several training a lot of entry level positions present in several cities well known company basically if you are leving college Itaú could be one of your choices. At bank engineers are the most common group of undergratuades. the company have several programs in order to boost your academic profile. for instance MBA programs which covers all expenses for two years.

Cons

no quality of life what so ever management lacks communication skills decision making process is based sole on CEO Usually all performance reviews are based on relationship instead of pure performance achieviments promotions only occurs if you know someone at board or director level.
