      Fantastic for work/life balance

      Pros

      Working here has been a genuinely rewarding experience! The flexibility is fantastic for work/life balance—if you need to step out for an appointment or pick up your kid, it’s highly encouraged, and you can easily make up the time later. Hard work doesn’t go unnoticed; it’s definitely recognized and rewarded. Another thing that stands out is management’s commitment to listening to employees. They truly care about what you think and address concerns with patience and transparency, which makes you feel valued as part of the team. The company also puts a lot of effort into making remote work engaging, with fun virtual activities and active employee resource groups.

      Cons

      The only thing I’d change is the travel policy. My position was advertised as “0 travel,” which is great, but I think the occasional in-person team building would be a nice addition! It’s something I’d actually look forward to.

      Pros

      Great leadership, I have an amazing leader who truly cares about his employees. Makes for a relaxed work environment. The team I work with is great, everyone is smart, and each have their areas of expertise, which helps build a team attitude. Ivanti truly believes in its statement of "anywhere work" there is no concern they are going to call everyone into the office again, that wouldn't work almost the entire company is spread over the U.S! You have the freedom to work anywhere you want as long as you meet your job duties. Work / life balance is great. If you need to step out for a doctor's appointment or something similar is a non-issue.

      Cons

      People have been let go, a lot of them. Every few days we see someone else leave (for whatever reason) and does cause concern about stability. However, if you are doing your job well and being proactive and keeping busy it shouldn't be an issue. I personally have concerns of the business plan and if it sustainable for Ivanti to survive long term, but I suffer from anxiety anyways so take that comment for what it's worth. When we have our Global town halls they try and make the presentation positive when sometimes it is not. I feel there isn't a true level of transparency happening. That could just be my impression though. People rather hear the bad news straight up than having to piece it together themselves. That's my opinion anyways. We are an acquisition company, so layoffs are expected. It's just concerning when you work in part of the company that is aware when there is an employee leaving (again for whatever reason, doesn't mean they got laid off necessarily.)
