Cons

Lot of organisational re-structurisation had happened few months back! Global wide lay off had happened in their organisation including India. Management decisions are quite volatile. No job security at all..!!

Pros

The culture here is truly something special. People really care and in the main, everyone I cross paths with is genuinely collaborative and passionate. People are genuinely supportive, approachable, and always willing to help. There’s a strong sense of camaraderie and it reflects in the quality of work we produce as a team.

Cons

The organisation came together through acquisitions and processes can be complex. You often have to be persistent to get things over the line.
