      Very Disorganized.

      Pros

      Decent benefits, Can work remotely.

      Cons

      Very disorganized and communication between teams is non-existent. High churn of ELT and CEOs as they chase the whims of the Private Equity Group ownership. They push a lot of work to India being it contractors or employees. Contractors do not get the work done and sometimes the employees neither. Be prepared to redo the same work multiple times.

      *Peers are great and helpful. * Most of the managers are open to the views and ideas you bring to the table. * Not too formal, not too casual is the key in here to work, so work as you like. * Timelines are well defined,

      * Training can be better. As clear and concise pieces of training are still not quite there.
