      Pros

      - It’s been a refreshing and motivating experience so far. - Ivanti truly fosters a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. - From day one, I felt empowered to bring new ideas to the table and contribute meaningfully to projects that impact the product line. - Leadership is approachable and supportive, encouraging collaboration across teams. - There is a strong openness to experiment and pilot new concepts, making work exciting for anyone passionate about technology and innovation. - The work environment is inclusive and dynamic, with smart and friendly colleagues who are always willing to help. - The company invests in employee growth, offering opportunities to learn new skills and expand expertise. - Like any growing company, there are challenges to navigate, but open communication and teamwork make these manageable.

      Cons

      - Agile practices are still maturing within some teams, and there’s room for improvement in fully embracing agile methodologies. Writing fully groomed features, estimating user stories and creating tasks are not among the strongest of their suites. - Inter-team dependencies sometimes involve governmental maneuvering, impacting collaboration speed. - The mix of varying experience levels across teams can affect efficiency and decision-making.

      Pros

      - There used to be a lot of ageing tech but its slowly getting migrated over to more modern approaches - If you want to grow and become a rockstar while gaining some skills you potentially could achieve that goal here. I will say it's a bit hard but totally doable - Trying out new avenues to make things better aren't really frowned up and actually encouraged. But there is another side to this that is mentioned in the cons section of this review - The overall product portfolio is actually something quite good which can be leveraged to be a market-leader in a lot of ways

      Cons

      - Lack of forward decision-making is slow and cumbersome. While the tech may not be ageing it certainly suffers from enough problems that hinder it from achieving what it really could. I'd love to say it's a tech issue but it's totally a decision-making and action issue. - We don't have a dedicated CTO, so you've got leadership playing multiple roles which is fine, but I do think a clear segregation helps long-term allowing other roles to focus better.
