      Skill development and career growth is great here. Always use latest and great technologies, challenging work. Competitive Salary. Flexible work environment and good work life balance. Provide free foods, snacks and fruits. Visibility of your work up to VP level.

      Cons

      None as such. Do not have EV charging facility.

      No hikes and Promotions

      Work life balance is good

      Cons

      Management doesnt appreciate your work unless you blow your own hoot. Best way to get visibility is to mess things up , and when production issues get escalated , resolve them and be the saviour. Absolutely , no regards for being proactive! No hikes and promotions since 3 years.
