Ivanti’s HR and Engineering leadership teams are actively executing plans to assist managers and foster more connection with our corporate headquarters and other members of the engineering team. Leaders from Engineering are currently in the Bangalore location to further address issues identified and will take time to train and connect team members to the overall company vision. We strive to create a work environment at each of our offices where our employees can succeed and thrive. We genuinely appreciate it when employees speak up so we are aware and can make necessary changes.
