      Great people to work with, great boss, good benefits

      Cons

      Upper management is running the college like a business. They have no respect for employees and their contributions. No opportunity for advancement. They could care less about the exodus of great employees that are leaving and they don't replace essential employees to save money. They just leave the people who stay take up the extra responsibilities without additional pay. Their philosophy is if you don't like it, leave.
