Pros
I absolutely love working with the students. It gives me great pleasure to be their guide on their education journey. Faculty and staff are great people with big hearts.
Cons
"Leadership" is lacking. Morale of employees is at an all time low. Crisis management is practiced daily. Communication is lacking in all areas. There are too many chiefs and not enough Indians. Central office has VP for everything making enough to support the salaries of many front line employees like faculty/staff. Many of these people have never worked Higher Education or "know" someone. However, there is a budget crisis that is causing faculty/staff to lose their jobs.
